We're looking for a skilled and committed support assistant for our wonderful group and support homes at Stora Sköndal for a temporary position on Ångemannagatan. We work with a coaching approach to promote participation and self-determination. This means we continuously adapt to each individual's wishes and interests. Support assistants work by being attentive and showing interest in the individual's needs and wishes. Based on this, activities are created either in groups or individually. Job Responsibilities Your tasks will include providing support and care services according to the current care plan. You will support, encourage, and motivate the individual to reach their set goals. You are also responsible for social documentation in accordance with current legislation and regulations. We work in shifts, including overnight on-call duty (nights). We prefer that you have education in healthcare or a child and youth program, or equivalent education. We want you to have good experience working with high-functioning individuals within LSS or in social psychiatry. You must have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Additionally, you must be able to use email, the internet, and perform data documentation. A criminal record clearance must be presented before employment. We prefer that it be shown digitally, for example via Kivra. The temporary position is 95% during the period September 1 – December 31, 2026.
