In the role, you will work both independently and together with colleagues in teams. As a project manager, you will drive construction and real estate projects within residential housing through the project's various phases, from early investigations and planning to implementation and completion. You are responsible for ensuring good delivery according to set goals related to time, budget, and quality. The role involves close dialogue with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders where you work with, among other things, scheduling, construction meetings, functional and program investigations, and ongoing project management.
