We are seeking temporary staff for our client in central Lysekil About the Assignment Our client is a woman in her 60s who uses a wheelchair and also lacks speech. She has assistance 24 hours a day with a few hours of dual staffing per day. Our client needs the assistant's support with transfers and help with everything related to daily life such as personal hygiene, cooking, exercise, and household chores. The client appreciates good dinners, drinking coffee, and going out on long walks, which are therefore important activities during the day. Who We Are Looking For To be a good fit as an assistant for our client, we see that you are a positive, empathetic, and calm person. You have a strong commitment to your work and to providing that extra touch for the client's quality of life in everyday life. Since our client lacks speech, it is especially important that you are attentive and able to read other forms of communication such as through eyes, sounds, and body language. It is also important that you are organized and thorough and both follow established routines but also can take initiative when needed. It is a merit if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. Working Hours and Employment Level: Shifts are scheduled for day, evening, and night (awake). Form of Employment: Hourly employment. Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement. Start Date: By agreement. Work in the homes of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to background checks according to the Act (2026:43) on background checks for work in the homes of elderly persons or adults with disabilities.
