ABOUT THE POSITION: On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced project manager with experience from the client side. With our client, you will be part of an operation that works with varied projects within infrastructure development and residential development with a focus on collaboration, quality, and sustainable solutions throughout the construction process. In the role, you will work both independently and together with colleagues in teams. As a project manager, you will drive construction and real estate projects within residential housing through the project's various phases, from early investigations and planning to implementation and completion. You are responsible for ensuring good delivery according to set goals related to time, budget, and quality. The role involves close dialogue with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders where you work with, among other things, scheduling, construction meetings, functional and program investigations, and ongoing project management. You will also contribute to developing relationships with both new and existing customers. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have at least a university degree in civil engineering or construction engineering, preferably with a focus on residential construction. Have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager within construction and real estate, preferably with residential projects. Have experience working with environmentally certified buildings in operation. Have a valid driver's license (category B). Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external contact points. It is not necessary, but advantageous if you: Are trained in BAS-P/U, Construction Law, AMA, Construction Inspection, and LOU. Have experience with collaborative contracting models. Have worked with inspections or are KA certified. Are certified as an environmental building coordinator. Furthermore, we will place great emphasis on personality, and to thrive in the role, we believe that you as a person are responsible, business-minded, and unpretentious. You have a strong drive and work solution-oriented throughout the project. Furthermore, you work structured to keep projects within budget and schedules. We also believe that you have good social and communication skills, and that you enjoy dialogue with customers and have a talent for building long-term relationships. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant with our client. The ambition from the client and our side is that you will be directly employed by the client.
