This is a business-oriented role with a strong focus on direct sales, networking, and business development, combined with high-quality delivery. You have great flexibility in your approach and seamlessly switch between digital tools and in-person meetings. In some engagements you work independently, and in others you collaborate with a consultant colleague to create maximum impact. Your Main Responsibilities: Direct Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify business opportunities and drive sales of our services with a focus on larger leadership programs. Marketing Activities: Plan and conduct digital webinars, inspiring talks, customer events and networking meetings to drive Thought Leadership and generate new leads. Design & Hybrid Facilitation: Plan, structure and deliver customized development initiatives for executive teams, teams and comprehensive leadership programs – on-site or via digital platforms. Individual Coaching & Consulting: Provide consultative support and coaching to managers and key personnel at various levels and across different industries. Certification: You are a certified coach with experience in individual coaching. An established business network that you actively use and develop today. An academic degree in HR, Organization, Psychology, Business or equivalent. It is a significant plus if you have prior leadership experience. We're growing in industrial cleaning in Northern Region and are looking for more team members in Skellefteå, Piteå, and Luleå who want to work as operators on our combination and dry vacuum trucks. You don't need to know everything on day one. For us, the right person, safety mindset, and willingness to develop are just as important as previous experience. Do you have a C-class driver's license and are you used to working hands-on? Maybe you drive a truck today, work in industry, construction, building, transport, or with other types of machinery? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for. About the Job As an operator in Industrial Cleaning, you'll work alongside your colleagues at our industrial customers' sites. Using combination and dry vacuum trucks and other equipment, we perform cleaning and remediation work that helps our customers keep their production and facilities safe, clean, and accessible. Work days vary. One day you're working at a manufacturing plant, the next at a private residence, and the day after at a construction site. The work is hands-on and sometimes physically demanding. Work at heights and in confined spaces can occur. Safety always comes first, and you'll receive the introduction and training needed to perform the work safely. Who Are We Looking For?
