Electronics and Hardware Testing Engineer for Technology Company

Do you have a background in electronics and enjoy testing and handling hardware? We are now looking for both junior and experienced professionals to join our testing team in Järfälla. ABOUT THE ROLE Friday is recruiting on behalf of our client a test engineer in electronics and hardware to a team in Järfälla that currently consists of approximately 20 testers, both senior and junior. You will work daily with functional testing of electronics and hardware, primarily custom-made products and test equipment. Your work will include testing of sub-units such as circuit boards and waveguides, delivery and unit testing at various levels, measurements of microwave modules, high-power measurements, and work with power units. You have the ability to think creatively and enjoy solving technical problems. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO - Has secondary education with a focus on electronics and some academic education and/or experience with similar tasks in electronics testing or equivalent - Has a solid interest in technology - Has very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work Meritorious skills and experiences: - Experience handling multimeter and oscilloscope for manual measurements - Experience testing prototypes and mass-produced electronics designs with high quality requirements - Knowledge of analog and digital technology, microwave technology/RF, and measurement technology - Experience reading drawings and schematics ABOUT THE CLIENT COMPANY The client company is a technology company with operations in advanced electronics and technical solutions.
