RESPONSIBILITIES As an R&D manager, you will have a key role in building a new R&D function for Skaraborg's municipalities. The assignment has great strategic significance and involves making research, proven experience, and operations-based knowledge a natural part of the municipalities' development work. You develop structures, working methods, and collaborations that strengthen the municipalities' ability to work systematically with knowledge, analysis, and learning.
