Are you a service-oriented problem solver with an interest in IT and technology? We are now looking for an IT support technician for an assignment with one of our customers in Skövde, where you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and developmental IT environment together with skilled colleagues! In the role, you will be an important part of the daily IT operations and work closely with users to ensure that their IT equipment and software function smoothly and efficiently! Working as an IT Support Technician As an IT support technician, you work by providing technical support to the organization's users. Issues are handled through multiple contact channels, such as phone, email, chat, and remote access. The work tasks are varied and give you the opportunity to work broadly within IT support while developing your technical expertise. You will support users in their daily work, troubleshoot technical problems, and contribute to creating a stable and well-functioning IT environment. Examples of Work Tasks Provide user support via phone, email, chat, and remote support Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, peripherals, applications, and user accounts Handle tickets, accounts, and permissions in ticketing systems Install, update, and configure software and client environments Work with administration in Microsoft 365 and other internal systems Guide and support users in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in IT and enjoys working in a role where service and collaboration are in focus. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and find it easy to adapt to new environments and systems.
