You work within the social services and handle cases relating to home care services. As a case officer, you determine what service or support from the municipality is needed. The Psychologist Role We are now seeking a licensed psychologist for the Child Health Services Psychology Unit in Eksjö. As a psychologist with us, you'll work in a care chain from pregnancy through transition to school health services. You'll have the opportunity to work with both children and adults. Most interventions involve support in various ways in parenting, both individually and in groups. This can range from supporting parents in managing and responding to different developmental behaviors in their children to fear of childbirth and postpartum depression. Interventions to promote interaction and attachment are also part of the role.
