The Leadership and Employee Development Unit is part of the Intraservice department, which delivers services and digital infrastructure to employees and managers in Gothenburg City. The unit's services include coaching, training, development initiatives, and our Center for Leadership Development. The Center for Leadership Development works to identify, recruit, and develop managers and employees using the Assessment Center evaluation method. We also coordinate occupational psychology testing across Gothenburg City. We are now seeking a development leader for our unit who will primarily work with the Assessment Center assignment. Part of the role involves you acting as an assessment coordinator and assessor in the Assessment Center. Assessment coordinator is a supervisory role where you are responsible for candidates, assessors, and the assessments conducted during a center day. Another part of the role involves leading work with psychometrics, methodology development, practical data management, and analysis related to our Assessment Centers. You compile data from the assessments we conduct, monitor important psychometric parameters, and take the initiative for quality assurance and development work. Our centers are certified according to ISO 10667–2, a standard for assessment services in the workplace, which serves as an important framework for our quality and development work. You will work with, among other things: Act as an assessment coordinator and assessor in the Assessment Center. Take responsibility for candidates, assessors, and the assessments conducted during a center day. Participate in practice scenarios with candidates, assess their performance, and provide feedback on results. Lead work with psychometrics, methodology development, practical data management, and analysis related to our Assessment Centers. Compile data from the assessments we conduct, monitor important psychometric parameters, and take the initiative for quality assurance and development work. Participate in and contribute to the coordination of occupational psychology testing in Gothenburg City and conduct associated training. Perform separate testing assignments for departments and companies. Work with information security matters. Many of our employees also complete training and development initiatives in parallel with their main assignment within the Assessment Center. About you We are primarily seeking someone who is a licensed psychologist, but a behavioral science or other equivalent university degree is also relevant for the job. You have experience with practical data management, analysis work, and psychometric issues, such as standardization and analysis of assessment methods' reliability and validity. It is an advantage if you have specific experience with recruitment, selection, and assessment methodology. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with occupational psychology tests and if you have worked with data compilation programs such as Power Query and/or statistical programs such as Jamovi, SPSS, or R. Since we daily handle sensitive situations and matters at our Assessment Center, high personal integrity is a must. You will be confronted with situations where you need to provide concrete and clear feedback, which means you as a person need to be stable and confident in yourself and inspire trust. You can effectively analyze and draw logical conclusions from complex information and suggest possible solutions. You are someone who plans your work efficiently, completes tasks on time, and follows up on results. In your work, you will meet both clients and candidates from many parts of Gothenburg City in a consultant-like role.
