About the Position As a Project Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and successful logistics solutions for complex project deliveries. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing transportation and logistics activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early planning phases to final delivery. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered according to the project's schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You will be part of an international operation where logistics plays a crucial role in project success. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with complex supply chains, global transportation solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives. In your role as Project Logistics Specialist, your main responsibilities will include: Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and logistics activities for national and international project deliveries. Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time, according to project requirements and agreed delivery terms. Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, customs brokers, and other external partners to optimize logistics flows. Manage logistics-related documentation, export and import handling, and customs matters. Identify and manage logistics risks and proactively propose solutions to minimize deviations and delays. Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, working methods, and logistics strategies to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting September 14, 2026, and is expected to run through September 13, 2027. About You We are looking for someone with education in logistics, supply chain, engineering, economics, or a related field. You have experience working with logistics, transportation planning, or project coordination and enjoy a role where you can collaborate with many different functions and stakeholders. You are an organized person who enjoys planning, coordinating, and finding solutions when circumstances change. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have good communication skills. At the same time, you thrive working in a team and contributing to shared goals. Key requirements for the position: Education in logistics, supply chain, engineering, economics, or a related field. Experience in logistics, transportation planning, or project coordination. Strong administrative skills and a structured approach to work. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Good computer skills and experience working in business or planning systems.
