About the Role As a project manager with team leadership responsibility in circular economy, you will play a central role in driving and developing our circular transformation activities. You lead and coordinate a team consisting of 7 researchers and project managers with expertise in circular business models, resource efficiency, remanufacturing, textile recycling, and plastic recycling. The role combines operational project management with a unifying responsibility for the team's development, project portfolio, and strategic direction. You will initiate, lead, and follow up on projects and assignments in close collaboration with customers, partners, and colleagues within RISE. As a team leader, you create structure, promote collaboration, and ensure that the team has good overview of ongoing and upcoming projects, deliverables, calls, and applications. You also contribute to developing working methods, strengthening the business, and driving the team's strategic work together with the unit manager. The team leader role, planned to comprise 10-15 percent of your working time, includes holding pulse meetings with the team, monitoring relevant calls and maintaining overview of applications in the field, having overview of the team's projects, assignments and deliverables, conducting structured environmental scanning, and leading the team's strategic work in collaboration with the unit manager.
