Mechanum's central sales department is a young and energetic team that is passionate about top-class service, and now we're looking for you to share our enthusiasm! As an inside sales representative, you are responsible for providing our customers with the best possible service when they contact us. Your tasks include handling customer bookings via phone and email, providing quotes, and assisting our customers throughout the process. The entire team works back office, which means your contact with customers is via email and phone. In addition, you will also offer our value-added services to create enthusiastic customers who experience Mechanum's broad range of offerings. Requirements · Very good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish and English. · Good computer skills · B-class driver's license · You love the feeling of creating enthusiastic customers and want to go the extra mile to succeed. Merits · Have worked in sales previously · Have telephone experience · Experience working with Automaster and TACDIS.
