On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Technical Facilities Manager. This is a full-time position expected to start on August 27, 2026 and run through May 31, 2027. About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced technical facilities manager for an extended consulting assignment at a major real estate company in Stockholm. This role is ideal for someone with broad technical expertise in property management and experience working with regulatory requirements, maintenance planning, and providing technical support. The role is operational and broad, with significant independent responsibility. You will work on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving and monitoring initiatives, and providing technical support to the organization. As a technical facilities manager, you will among other things: Ensure regulatory compliance in areas such as OVK, radon, and fire safety, and drive necessary measures.
