About the Operations: We are looking for temporary staff who want to work at our elderly care facilities Väsbygården and Korallen, within home care, or within support and care services (LSS). As temporary staff, you are employed by the HR unit for competence supply and payroll. The unit recruits temporary staff and handles short-term staffing at the municipality's elderly care facilities, home care, LSS operations, and social psychiatry, as well as preschools, schools, kitchens, transport services, cleaning services, and culture and leisure. We have operations that need to be staffed around the clock. As temporary staff, you work as needed in the operation. You can be offered shifts on short notice as well as with advance planning, and you choose when you want to work. Work tasks vary depending on the area of operation, but what is common is always to focus on the customer's best interests and provide good and close care. As temporary staff with us, you can work within: Home Care: Our home care is for people who need care, support, and services in their own homes. We help our customers in their homes with everything from breakfast, showering, toilet visits, getting dressed, or taking a walk, to helping the customer with laundry, shopping, or cleaning. You drive a car, cycle, or walk between customers, but always work from Fabriksvägen 1C in Vallentuna. Elderly Care Facilities: Vallentuna Municipality's two elderly care facilities, Väsbygården and Korallen, are located in central Vallentuna. At our elderly care facilities, people with care needs and people with dementia live. As an employee at one of our elderly care facilities, you support the residents with things they cannot manage on their own in daily life. This can include personal hygiene, such as help with showering and toilet visits, support with meals, and helping to care for residents' own apartments and common areas. Support and Care Services (LSS): Working within support and care services (LSS) means you provide support and care to people who have one or more functional variations, such as autism, NPF, mental health issues, etc. You can work at a group home, a service apartment, a short-term care facility, or within a day activity program. Your task is to provide support and coaching in daily activities, such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, planning, doctor's visits, outings, activities, etc. Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age or older. Good knowledge of Swedish. You must be able to speak, read, and understand instructions as well as document in Swedish. It is meritorious to have completed or be in the process of completing education within care and health services, psychology, pedagogy, or social work. It is meritorious if you have experience within NPF, functional variations, and mental health issues, care, and health services. A driver's license is meritorious, or if you have another way to quickly and easily reach our operations. In some of our operations, a driver's license is a requirement.
