Part-Time Delivery Driver Wanted in Uddevalla!
Are you a student or do you have another primary occupation for at least 50%? Do you have previous experience driving a delivery van? If so, then we have the perfect position for you! We are now recruiting on behalf of our client for a part-time delivery driver with an immediate start date. Your main responsibilities will consist of loading the vehicle with packages for your route, then beginning deliveries in your assigned area. You will operate from our client's terminal in Uddevalla but will spend most of your shift on the road and will meet many of the company's customers during package delivery, which is why we are looking for a safe driver who is service-minded and enjoys physical work. The position is part-time and we would prefer that you are available to work at least 2-3 times per week. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings (approximately 16-22). You need to be able to work at least 2 of 4 Fridays per month. The assignment will begin with training where you will work alongside regular staff, then transition to working independently. Start date is immediate. For this assignment, you will be employed by Student Consulting but contracted as a consultant to our client. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is an experienced driver and enjoys customer contact. As a person, you are positive and not afraid to put in the effort, you are hardworking and flexible. You will lift and carry multiple packages during your shift and it is therefore important that you enjoy an active job and have good physical fitness to perform the job to the best of your ability. Requirements for the position: - You are a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%. - A valid driver's license (category B) is required for our client's vehicles and you should have good driving experience. - You must have a clean criminal record and have a high school diploma. - You must speak and write Swedish fluently.
