CNC Operator / Set-up Technician
Your Tasks We are seeking CNC operators and set-up technicians for our customers in the highlands. Are you an experienced CNC operator or set-up technician who thrives in a modern production environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are central? Your main responsibilities: -Set up and rig CNC machines for production. -Operate and monitor machines during processing. -Work according to drawings, instructions, and production documentation. -Manage and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production. -Work with control systems such as Heidenhain, Okuma, Fanuc & Mazak. -Perform ongoing measurements and quality checks to ensure that components meet the correct dimensions and tolerances. -Perform tool changes and optimize cutting data as needed. -Identify and handle minor operational issues and perform basic maintenance. -Document production and report according to applicable procedures.
