Your Workplace The Disability Services Section is seeking 2 support assistants for two SOL-funded residential facilities. Your New Job As a support assistant, you will provide support to residents based on their individual needs and circumstances. Building relationships is therefore an important part of the work, as it contributes to a safe and stable environment. Since you help residents manage their daily lives and all the challenges that may arise, both inside and outside the home, your role is to create good conditions for as independent a life as possible for the individual. Being calm/empathetic/stress-resilient is important when working with people, as no two days are the same.
