In your role as a maintenance project manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects in our existing residential portfolio, from project planning through completion and handover. We operate in sectors including energy, infrastructure, industry, and municipal planning. About the Position The focus of this role is sales and production management as well as leadership. You have personnel and budget responsibility and are part of the management team. You report directly to our CEO, Marie Jakobi. Currently, your team consists of 5 consultants in Uppsala and Kalmar respectively. You are expected to take an active role in developing these offices so that we become even more attractive and achieve our growth targets. Your focus is being a present manager who leads and develops the team, but you will also spend part of your time working as a consultant on assignments within your own area of expertise. Client relations, proposal writing, and project execution and quality assurance are also part of the role. Traveling throughout Sweden by train (including overnight trains), bus, or car will be part of the position. In line with our travel policy, we avoid flying. Your Experience Most likely, you have several years of experience working as a consultant in a sales role within one of our service areas. It is a merit if you have previous experience with personnel responsibility. It is important that you enjoy collaborating with people and that you like relationship-based sales. It is a merit if you have an extensive network. We would like to see that you have a post-secondary education in biology, environmental science, ecology, contaminated land assessment, or an engineering degree in environment and sustainability. Competencies As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-focused, communicative, and passionate about delivering good results according to set goals. You have an established contact network and enjoy social settings. You are equally brilliant in a sales meeting as you are a good listener with your colleagues. You enjoy building and holding teams together. You are proactive, clear, structured, and responsive. We expect you to have a strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. It is a requirement that you master Swedish at a very high written level, as our customers have these requirements for our deliverables. You also need to master English, as some projects involve project meetings in English.
