We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a young man in central Uppsala. You should be a calm, stable, and trustworthy person who approaches the user with a low-key demeanor. Experience working with autism and ADHD is highly valued. Work Shifts Assistance is provided during all waking hours excluding school time. We are seeking staff for day and evening shifts. Job Duties To provide support in the user's daily life at home, during activities, and in various everyday situations. The work is very active and includes activities such as swimming and play. It is important that you enjoy being physically active. You will help create structure and security in daily life, participate in activities, and contribute to a positive and meaningful existence. Your role is to support and guide the user in their development and daily routines. QUALIFICATIONS • You are a woman aged 20-50 years (according to the user's preference). • Speak and write Swedish very well • Are confident, responsible, and professional • Are attentive, curious, proactive, and engaged • Are comfortable in a family environment • Are active, positive, and take initiative easily
