We are now looking for an occupational therapist for our rehab team in the North, based in Uppsala. With us, you will be an important part of a skilled team of 15 people, both occupational therapists and physical therapists/physiotherapists who today work both individually and together, both across professions and within rehab. Together we work for high patient safety and to create that little extra in everyday life for the elderly within our special residences. As part of Close Care's larger rehab network, you will also have access to active collegial support both in the North and in the rest of the country where the focus is on quality, knowledge exchange, and continuous development. Description of the position As an occupational therapist with us, you have overall responsibility for patients' rehabilitation. You conduct assessments, plan and carry out interventions, document measures, and prescribe medical technical products based on individual needs. An important part of your work is to mentor and train nursing staff to ensure safe and quality care. You collaborate closely with physiotherapists, nurses, operations managers, and nursing staff. You will receive support from a team manager with a background as a trained physiotherapist as well as a large, wonderful team with competent colleagues and clear working methods and routines.
