BingoRingen was born on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo well before that. Today we operate multiple bingo halls throughout Sweden, and our headquarters is located in Karlstad. Job Responsibilities: We are now seeking an employee who can work as needed on an extra basis. Work shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying weekdays. Job responsibilities include, among other things, sales, café operations, cash handling, and customer service. For us, it is important that customers are the focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you will receive training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently during your shifts. Qualifications: We want you to be service-oriented, responsive, social, and stress-resilient, and to have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. It is a merit if you speak multiple languages, but it is not required. An advantage is if you have a good sense for numbers and are a quick learner. Since we have age requirements for our bingo hall guests, the same applies to our employees. You can read more on our website. At BingoRingen in Umeå, we work during shifts ourselves, which is why it is important that you can work independently and take your own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see that as a merit, but the greatest weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
