About the Role At Gaudii, your role is crucial to the customer experience. You will welcome customers to the clinic and perform treatments with Emsella and Embody. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us – your approach creates the first impression and shapes the customer's entire experience. Therefore, your task is central to the organization: you ensure that every customer feels professionally treated, respected, and safe throughout their visit with us. You will: Conduct consultations Perform treatments with Emsella and Embody (training included) Welcome and support customers throughout their visit Maintain patient records Ensure the clinic is always in top condition Educate and inform customers about pelvic floor health About You You have a strong work ethic and can work evenings and weekends You are passionate about customer service and have a strong interest in health and wellness You are a doer with unique social competence and the ability to create trust and security It's a Plus If You: Have a background in sports Are studying to become a nursing assistant, nurse, doctor, or physiotherapist Have experience in sales and customer service What We Offer: Flexible working hours that suit you if you're studying or have other commitments A dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow and develop Entrepreneurial culture and an inspiring team The opportunity to make a real difference in men's and women's health and quality of life!
