Now we're looking for you who want to become part of Omexom's finance department in Umeå and help develop our work within the group. Are you ready for a varied role in finance at one of Umeå's largest companies? Then this could be your new challenge! You will be employed as a consultant through us at Clockwork with good opportunities for extension for the right person. The assignment is expected to start on October 1st and run for at least 6 months forward. The role is part-time and comprises at least 60%. It could be up to 80% depending on your experience. Your Responsibilities As a finance assistant at Omexom, your areas of responsibility will be many, but will primarily involve handling expense and travel claims as well as accounts payable, including such things as vendor setup, vendor invoice processing, payments, reporting, reminder and collection handling, etc. At Omexom, you will be an important player in identifying, driving, and implementing improvement measures together with your team colleagues. Your Profile We're looking for someone with a few years of experience in similar tasks and a good understanding of financial flows and processes. We believe you have post-secondary education with a focus on finance, or alternatively a few years of corresponding documented work experience. We see it as a merit if you have previously worked in a larger business system, preferably SAP. You also have good IT and data skills, especially in Excel. In the role as finance assistant at Omexom, it's important that you are engaged and look forward to going to work. The role involves a lot of contact with controllers, project managers, and unit managers. Therefore, we believe you are socially confident and a good communicator. You have the ability to work independently but are also a team player when needed. Working with finance also requires you to be organized, thorough, responsible, analytical, and efficient. Beyond this, we value that you have an unpretentious approach and a service-oriented attitude. You master Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
