About the Job We are looking for temporary staff for the reception at our client's office for work as needed. Responsibilities include typical reception tasks such as greeting clients, operating the phone switchboard and handling mail, as well as light office administration such as mail handling and pre-posting of invoices. About You We are looking for someone who is a student with more than 50% course load and has at least one year of studies remaining, or someone who is retired. As a person, you thrive with varied tasks, are flexible and have the ability to take your own initiative. You are service-minded, a quick learner, and can collaborate as well as work independently when needed. You communicate well in both spoken and written English and Swedish. Since the client is located a bit outside the city center, a B driver's license and access to a car are advantageous. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment. About the Position and Application This is a consulting assignment with employment in our company Adecco Student. The position is part-time as needed to cover absences such as illness and vacation, and there is also the possibility of summer work. Start date to be agreed upon.
