Responsibilities The Hultgren Laboratory is a KTH infrastructure facility open to students and researchers from universities, institutes, and industry. While the facility provides measurement services, it is primarily designed for independent researcher use, where, after appropriate training, researchers can operate the tools and instruments themselves.
