Project Controller for Long-Term Assignment with One of Our Clients

We are now seeking a project controller for a long-term assignment with one of our clients. You will be employed by Genero but will work on-site at our client. The assignment runs for five years with opportunities for further extension. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with the possibility to work remotely part of the time and part of the time at the client's office in Solna. Your area of responsibility is project economics in several large infrastructure projects. Examples of work tasks included in the assignment are: Responsible for developing internal procedures for financial monitoring, budgeting work, procurement work, and forecasting in accordance with the department and sub-project routines. Lead, plan, structure, and coordinate the assigned contractor's budget, forecast, risks, and compile quarterly reports (staffing, finances, schedule, and risk) and, if necessary, financial investigations. Lead, coordinate, and review suppliers' invoices and logs in the contract and follow up on the contractor's inventory list together with project and construction management. Coordinate and compile the contractor's internal work with production budgets together with coordinating construction management. Responsible for contract monitoring regarding finances and ÄTA management with suppliers. Coordinate the contractor's risk management work. Mandatory requirements for the position: At least a higher education degree in construction and civil engineering or finance, 120 credits. Documented work experience as a project controller, or equivalent role, in mining and construction projects >300Mkr (for at least 3 years). Documented work experience as a project controller or equivalent in contracts with time and materials compensation model (for at least 2 years). Documented work experience implementing contracts using the systems Construction AMA and MER (at least 2 contracts).
