We are looking for someone with at least two years of retail experience who is comfortable with a fast pace, clear sales targets, and significant personal responsibility. To thrive in this role, you need great flexibility and the ability to work during all store hours – weekdays, evenings, and weekends. About the Role As a Sales Associate at Under Armour, you will be an important part of the store team and a brand ambassador. Together with your colleagues, you will create an inspiring store environment, provide our customers with personalized service, and help the store reach its sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: Providing every customer with professional, engaged, and personalized service Actively working with sales and the store's key metrics Helping customers find the right products based on their needs Ensuring the store is always well-stocked, inspiring, and commercially appealing Working with inventory management, restocking, warehouse, and register operations Following the brand's visual merchandising and customer experience guidelines Contributing to a positive team spirit and helping the team reach shared goals Being flexible and supporting operations where needs are greatest We Are Looking for Someone Who Has at least two years of documented retail experience Is confident in a sales-driven and customer-oriented role Can work flexibly during weekdays, evenings, and weekends Is responsible, solution-oriented, and independent Thrives working toward clear goals and key metrics Has a strong interest in sports, training, fashion, or an active lifestyle Is unpretentious and enjoys working collaboratively with others Has good communication skills in Swedish and English Is thorough and understands the importance of organization, structure, and the overall store impression We value the right attitude highly.
