We're strengthening our Under Armour team at Mall of Scandinavia! Are you a driven and service-oriented sales person who loves retail, training, and creating top-notch customer experiences? We're now looking for a new colleague to join our Under Armour team at Mall of Scandinavia. We're looking for someone with at least two years of retail experience who is comfortable with a fast pace, clear sales targets, and significant personal responsibility. To thrive in this role, you need to be highly flexible and able to work during all store hours – weekdays, evenings, and weekends. About the Role As a Sales Associate at Under Armour, you'll be an important part of the store team and a brand ambassador. Together with your colleagues, you'll create an inspiring store environment, provide our customers with personalized service, and help the store reach its sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: Providing every customer with professional, engaged, and personalized service Actively working on sales and key store metrics Helping customers find the right products based on their needs Ensuring the store is always well-stocked, inspiring, and commercial Working with inventory management, restocking, warehouse, and cash registers Following brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer experience Contributing to a positive team spirit and helping the team reach shared goals Being flexible and supporting operations where needs are greatest What We're Looking For At least two years of documented retail experience Comfortable in a sales-driven and customer-focused role Able to work flexibly on weekdays, evenings, and weekends Responsible, solution-oriented, and self-directed Enjoying working toward clear goals and metrics A strong interest in sports, training, fashion, or an active lifestyle Unpretentious and enjoy working collaboratively with others Good communication skills in Swedish and English Thorough and understand the importance of order, structure, and the store's overall impression We highly value the right attitude.
