We are strengthening our Under Armour team at Mall of Scandinavia! Are you a driven and service-oriented sales professional who loves retail, fitness, and creating outstanding customer experiences? We are now looking for a new team member to join our Under Armour store at Mall of Scandinavia. We are looking for someone with at least two years of retail experience who is comfortable working at a fast pace, meeting clear sales targets, and taking significant responsibility. To thrive in this role, you need to be highly flexible and able to work during all store hours – weekdays, evenings, and weekends. About the Role As a Sales Associate at Under Armour, you will be an important part of the store team and a brand ambassador. Together with your colleagues, you will create an inspiring store environment, provide our customers with personalized service, and contribute to the store meeting its sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Providing each customer with professional, engaged, and personalized service Actively working with sales and store key performance indicators Helping customers find the right products based on their needs Ensuring the store is always well-stocked, inspiring, and commercially appealing Handling merchandise, restocking, inventory, and cashier duties Following brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer experience Contributing to a positive team spirit and helping the team reach common goals Being flexible and supporting operations where needed most What We're Looking For At least two years of documented retail experience Comfortable in a sales-driven and customer-oriented role Able to work flexibly during weekdays, evenings, and weekends Responsible, solution-oriented, and self-driven Thrive working toward clear goals and key performance indicators A strong interest in sports, fitness, fashion, or an active lifestyle Unpretentious and enjoy working collaboratively with others Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English Thorough and understand the importance of order, structure, and the store's overall presentation We place high value on the right attitude.
