We're looking for someone with real kitchen experience – proficient in à la carte dishes, grill dishes, mise en place, and working at a fast pace. We need someone who is confident at the stove, can handle multiple orders simultaneously, and maintains quality even under high pressure. With us, you'll work with everything from classic bistro dishes, à la carte & grill dishes. We believe you: Have several years of experience from restaurant kitchens Are experienced with à la carte, grill, and classic dishes Can handle high tempo without losing structure Can work independently during service Have a good grasp of flavors, cooking techniques, and plating Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient Are a team player who helps where needed This is NOT an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who already has solid kitchen experience and can get up to speed quickly. The work is primarily evenings and weekends.
