Seeking Skilled Painter Tile Setter/Carpenter

We manage over 1,800 rental apartments and 2,000 commercial units in Greater Stockholm. We are seeking an experienced and flexible painter, tile setter/floor layer, and carpenter to join our team. We perform renovations of apartments and commercial spaces according to customer and property owner needs. We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and loyal tile setter who is knowledgeable about wet room spaces and their regulations. However, you should also have carpentry and painting skills. We are looking for someone who likes taking responsibility and works independently. You should be social and have a good rapport with your coworkers and customers. We prefer that you have strong references for tile-laying work and have worked with various waterproofing systems in wet room spaces. If you have carpentry and painting skills, that is an advantage. You are hardworking and can work both independently and in a team, must be flexible and loyal. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry - Independent work on joint spackling, waterproofing work, tile setting - Knowledge of painting and carpentry, general construction - Good social competence, loyal, punctual Merits: - Driver's license - Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written - Experience with other construction industry work We offer full-time salary with a 6-month trial period followed by permanent employment thereafter.
