About the Role As Transport Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our transport flows function efficiently, cost-effectively, and with high delivery service. Job Description We are now seeking a shift supervisor for the evening shift at Axess Logistics' Toyota facility in Malmö. Do you have solid experience in taking on formal personnel and work environment responsibility, and are you driven by optimizing workflows in a production-technical environment? For this role, we are looking for a confident and established manager who will take on a key role in a growing operation. In this position, you will have full personnel and operational responsibility for a team of approximately 20–30 employees. You are responsible for driving operations forward according to Toyota's well-known standards. The role is operational and suits you if you have solid experience in formal management, thrive being where the action happens, make quick decisions, and lead your team toward set goals.
