Job Description We are now seeking a shift supervisor for the evening shift at Axess Logistics' Toyota facility in Malmö. Do you have solid experience in taking on formal personnel and work environment responsibility, and are you driven by optimizing workflows in a production-technical environment? For this role, we are looking for a confident and established manager who will take on a key role in a growing operation. In this position, you will have full personnel and operational responsibility for a team of approximately 20–30 employees. You are responsible for driving operations forward according to Toyota's well-known standards. The role is operational and suits you if you have solid experience in formal management, thrive being where the action happens, make quick decisions, and lead your team toward set goals. The evening shift for production runs Monday to Thursday from 15:30–02:00, plus one shift on Sundays. As a shift supervisor, you are expected to be on-site only on weekdays, with slightly adjusted working hours to meet the day shift. To best assist you, please attach your CV to your application. Responsibilities Conduct employee meetings, salary discussions, and provide ongoing feedback to the team's 20–30 employees Plan operations at monthly, weekly, and daily levels and handle daily challenges such as absences and problem-solving Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with Toyota standards and actively work on work environment issues and 5S Participate in planning meetings and collaborate with other departments for optimal coordination Qualifications Documented and many years of experience working as a manager with formal personnel responsibility, preferably in the collective sector/industry Technical competence within vehicles, production, or logistics workflows Completed upper secondary education or equivalent acquired knowledge Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written) Category B driving license (manual transmission) Experience with Lean & 5S, BAM/SAM, and good Excel skills are advantageous About the Company Axess Logistics Sweden AB Axess Logistics' great passion is cars and car transport.
