The Lead Planner Role As a Lead Planner, you lead and quality-assure the project's planning process. You are responsible for establishing, developing, monitoring, and using schedules as an active management tool throughout the project's various phases. The role involves close collaboration with other key functions within the project. Your responsibilities include: lead responsibility for project schedule management and monitoring, including progress, forecasts, and deviation management lead, coordinate, and quality-assure the project's schedule planning work in collaboration with project planners and other key functions ensure that schedules are created and structured according to the project's common working methods, WBS, and NCC's processes analyze relationships between time, production, procurement, design, economics, and contractual obligations identify, analyze, and report time-related risks, opportunities, and consequences for project execution develop clear decision-making and forecast materials for project management, steering group, and customers in collaborative projects contribute to developing working methods, tools, and processes within planning, for example through critical path analysis, alternative scenarios, and progress monitoring support project management on matters related to contract time, change management, and time-related commercial issues. Your Profile as a Lead Planner We are looking for someone with experience leading and driving planning work in complex environments, preferably in large building and/or infrastructure projects. You understand how the schedule impacts the project's economy, resource planning, procurement, design, and production. You have strong analytical skills and can translate detailed information into well-founded decisions that support business objectives. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture, identify connections, and foresee consequences of different approaches. You have a good understanding of production flows and thrive in a role where you can create structure, coordinate different stakeholders, and help keep the project on track throughout its execution. You have excellent communication and engagement skills, can create consensus among different functions, and convey complex information clearly and educationally. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience with Primavera P6 is a merit.
