This is a role for someone who wants to develop, take responsibility, and become an important part of our team over time. What does the work involve? In this role, you'll help customers primarily by phone. The calls are often brief and varied, and your task is to listen carefully, find the right information, and assist the customer in a clear, fast, and professional manner. At first, you'll focus mainly on phone calls. As you settle into the role, other channels such as chat and email may also become part of your work. You will, among other things: Assist customers in a service-oriented and professional manner. Work toward clear goals for quality and customer satisfaction. Develop through onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support from the team. This is not a sales job. The focus is on providing customers with quick, accurate, and friendly assistance. You don't need extensive customer service experience, but you need the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but what matters most is your service mindset, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to learn the job. Moving to Cyprus Moving abroad is a big step, and we'll be here to support you at the start. We'll help you with accommodation for the first two weeks, support in finding more permanent housing, and assistance with practical matters related to the move. You'll also receive support from colleagues and managers on-site, so your start feels secure both at work and in your daily life. Larnaca is a city where it's easy to combine work and leisure.
