JOB DUTIES As a personal assistant in this role, you will work to create a safe and structured daily life for our customer, a middle-aged woman with autism living in Landskrona. The customer's disability involves difficulties with language and communication as well as mental health, which requires that you as an assistant are responsive and attentive to the customer's well-being and expressions, and have the ability to adapt your own way of communicating and providing support. The assistant team works according to an established pedagogical approach. The work involves providing support in daily routines such as personal care, household tasks, participation in day activities, and leisure activities such as nature walks, swimming, cycling, board games, and singing. You will also provide support in social situations and contribute to an active and meaningful life. You will work together with a team of four personal assistants where dual assistance occurs. Midwife at Landskrona Midwife Clinic

Commercial-Focused Technical Project Manager at BCC Plant the Planet

We are now seeking a Technical Project Manager who can take responsibility for managing new installations and upgrade projects in close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and partners. About the position As a Technical Project Manager, you have a central role in ensuring that our customer projects are executed successfully – from first customer contact to completed installation. You will work cross-functionally within the company on both new installations and upgrade projects, and maintain close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the link between customers, sales/marketing, design, procurement, production, and installation/service. As Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering projects on time, to the right quality, and with good profitability. Your areas of responsibility · Project management from start to finish – Responsibility for planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects. · Coordinate and lead collaboration between sales/marketing, design, production, procurement, and service. · Ensure technical solution and feasibility – Act as a technical advisor and problem-solver throughout the project. · Customer contact and collaboration with partners – Ensure the project meets the customer's needs and expectations. · Monitoring of timeline and budget. · Quality assurance of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and training of customer and external partners. · Approximately 30–40 travel days per year (global). Who are you? We are looking for you who have: · Experience in technical project management and development projects – Either as a project manager or in a role with significant project responsibility. · Broad technical understanding – Preferably experience with machinery, production equipment, and/or automation. · Understanding of design, production planning, and procurement. · You likely have a degree from a university or college – Preferably an engineer or civil engineer, but other relevant education and experience may also be relevant. · Good communication skills, listening ability, and collaboration skills – You can drive projects forward in cooperation with different stakeholders. · A commercial and results-oriented mindset – Understanding of business and the importance of profitable projects. · Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have experience from machinery manufacturers or other related industries.
