Here you will work close to the residents and be present in both big and small moments, where your conduct and competence enable each individual to live as independently and dignified a life as possible. You will be an important part of a team that works together to create a safe and stimulating environment where both residents and employees can thrive and develop. Duties include, among other things: Provide individually adapted support and care based on the individual's needs and disabilities. Support the person's independence, self-determination, and personal integrity. Use adapted communication methods to facilitate understanding and participation. Document according to applicable guidelines and follow and contribute to updates of implementation plans. Where applicable, perform delegated medical tasks according to instructions from a nurse and report changes in condition. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who works in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with the ability to plan, organize, and follow up your work in a responsible way. You are confident in yourself and remain calm even in stressful or unexpected situations, which allows you to act constructively and maintain professional conduct even under pressure. In this role, it is important that you have a good attitude toward other people, with the ability to listen, show consideration, and understand the individual's perspective. You value collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment through a solution-oriented way of working, with a focus on achieving common goals together with colleagues and other professionals.
