JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you a trustworthy HR partner with solid experience? Do you want a central role where you make a real difference in both strategic and operational HR matters?
We are expanding our HR function with an experienced and reliable HR partner who wants to work closely with both company leadership, unit managers, and HR colleagues, with a focus on employer responsibility, organizational development, and qualified support in personnel and work environment matters.
As an HR partner, you are a central part of the organization and a natural advisor on both strategic and operational issues. You contribute your expertise, build trust in the organization, and drive HR initiatives that strengthen both managers and employees. The role is both challenging and developmental, offering you good opportunities to grow in your profession.
Your main areas of responsibility:
• Be a strategic sounding board in management and organizational matters, and contribute to and develop systematic work environment efforts, including occupational health and safety assessments
• Provide qualified employment law support in matters such as rehabilitation, misconduct, reassignment, and termination
• Support managers in difficult conversations, conflicts, and work environment issues
• Be an accessible, proactive, and trustworthy support in operational personnel matters
• Ensure correct co-determination procedures and good cooperation with union representatives
• Support recruitment, staffing planning, and competence development, and provide advisory guidance on salary setting and salary reviews

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and acts with clarity and integrity, with genuine commitment to the organization. You have the ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational implementation. You are driven by seeing patterns and connections, identifying successes and challenges, and finding value-creating solutions.
We see that you are passionate about developing both the organization and yourself. You are not afraid of driving through change despite obstacles along the way. We are looking for someone experienced in supporting managers in complex situations, and who with your relationship-building skills contributes to good collaborations.
Formal Requirements
• Academic degree in Human Resources/Personnel Science or other education that can be assessed as equivalent.
• Several years of experience in qualified HR work
• Substantial experience in employment law and union cooperation
Beyond these requirements, we would like to see that you have experience working in the public sector, in care and health services, municipal companies, or other personnel-intensive operations.
