About the Job We are now seeking a Senior Social Worker for our unit. The unit has a total of 23 employees, of which 4 are Senior Social Workers. The unit is located in Kortedala and handles only benefit support cases and is the first unit that a person seeking benefit support comes into contact with. This means that we are the face of social services in our area for those who need economic support. As a Senior Social Worker, you function as an accessible and close support in daily operations, you mentor and supervise the caseworkers in their daily work. You recognize the caseworkers' potential and take a coaching approach.
