We are now seeking an experienced project manager whose main task is to establish new traffic agreements combined with strategic overall responsibility for the process. About the Role As an Establishment Manager, you will lead complex assignments related to the implementation of new traffic agreements. You have process leadership responsibility for our traffic establishments and a central role in creating structure, quality, and progress – both in individual assignments and in the long-term development of how we plan and execute traffic establishments. This is a role with many contact points and significant responsibility that suits someone motivated by structure, collaboration, and leadership. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and project manage complex traffic establishments from start to completion. Ensure that project plans, schedules, and activities are executed according to plan. Hold overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and capacity within the establishment area. Develop, maintain, and implement processes, working methods, and methodologies for establishments. Drive and coordinate cross-functional project groups and create effective collaboration. Follow up on risks, progress, and results, and report to steering committees and management. Compile experiences and contribute to continuous improvement of establishment work. Contribute to the procurement process by ensuring proper conditions for establishment. Who Are You? Qualifications We are seeking someone with solid experience leading complex projects and who thrives in a role where you alternate between strategic development work and operational execution. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Many years of experience leading complex projects Experience with process development and improvement work Familiarity with working in cross-functional contexts Relevant academic education or work experience that we consider equivalent Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience from public transport, logistics, or other agreement-based operations. Terms and Application The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Work location: Gothenburg. The position may involve travel to our various offices in the Västra Götaland region. Depending on the assignment, the position may also be placed in a security classification.
