About the Introductory Period The introductory period is built on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical components to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you'll develop in areas such as: Refrigeration Technology Electrical Systems Piping Systems and System Design Refrigerants and F-Gas Regulations Refrigeration Certificate Category 1 We offer study support throughout the entire introductory period. The position is suitable for you if you want to develop within refrigeration technology and build comprehensive technical expertise from the ground up. You'll start in the role of installation technician and have the opportunity to develop further into service technician through engagement, initiative, and the right drive. The position offers a place in an experienced and family-like team with close collaboration, strong camaraderie, and a strong focus on knowledge sharing. The work alternates between independent assignments and team work, where you'll receive support from colleagues during your introduction and development in the role. Common job tasks include: Installation of cooling and heating systems Planning and execution of installation projects in accordance with safety and quality requirements Troubleshooting and developing concrete corrective action proposals for these issues Customer contact and collaboration with project managers, technical sales staff, and other technicians We Are Looking for You If You Have a genuine technical interest and are driven to understand, develop, and solve technical challenges Enjoy working independently and take responsibility for driving your work forward Are proactive, confident in your decisions, and have the ability to act solution-oriented in various situations Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Hold a B-category driver's license Strongly Meriting: Tool experience, for example from working with vehicles, renovation projects, or other practical contexts.
