You have: At least 5 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst or requirements analyst Relevant university degree, preferably in IT Experience with agile working methods Experience gathering, structuring, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements Experience with workshop facilitation and process mapping Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and/or Azure DevOps Flluent communication in both Swedish and English Merits: Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics 365), PLM, or AI Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, IREB Consulting experience, preferably from industries such as automotive, logistics, medtech, or finance Nexer as an employer At Nexer, we believe in the power of ideas and the courage to shape the future.
