Job Description – Content Creator & Social Media Manager (20%) About Eustaff Eustaff is a recruitment and staffing company that helps businesses find the right expertise across multiple industries. We are growing and want to strengthen our brand through inspiring, professional, and engaging content on our digital channels. About the Role We are looking for a creative and independent Content Creator to help us build Eustaff's digital presence. You will plan, create, and publish content that strengthens our brand, attracts candidates, and builds trust with our customers. This is a 20% position that suits you if you are studying, running your own business, or looking for flexible part-time work. Responsibilities Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Film and photograph at the office, with clients, and at various activities. Edit short videos (Reels/Shorts) and produce graphic materials. Write engaging posts and copy tailored to each platform. Publish and schedule content according to a content plan. Collaborate with the team to showcase employees, clients, and success stories. Monitor statistics and contribute ideas to increase reach and engagement. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and marketing activities. We are Looking for You If You Have experience creating content for social media. Are creative with a good eye for photography, video, and storytelling. Can write professional and engaging copy in Swedish. Have strong knowledge of Canva or similar tools. Are organized, independent, and take initiative. Have an interest in marketing, employer branding, and digital communication. Merit Points Experience with LinkedIn marketing. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite. Experience in photography or video production. We Offer A flexible part-time position at 20%. The opportunity to make your mark on Eustaff's brand.
