Åldersro, located in Gryt, is a residential facility with 12 places for somatic care and dementia care. DUTIES We strive to contribute to the highest possible quality of life for our residents. We want individuals living at Åldersro to have a meaningful daily life. Together with your colleagues, you are an important piece of this work. The duties involve personal care and support services, all based on individual care plans. The work also includes being a contact person, which means you plan support and assistance together with the individual. Teamwork is a large part of the job. You will work in teams together with rehabilitation staff, nursing staff, and our specialized dementia team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant. You have previous experience working in a residential facility with a dementia focus. Specialist training in dementia care, elderly care, or welfare technology and experience working with BPSD are meriting. You have warmth and commitment to working with this target group. You have a positive attitude and see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment and promote good cooperation.
