JOB DUTIES You work with people who have intellectual disabilities, autism, or a neuropsychiatric diagnosis. In the residential setting, you provide users with support in their daily life including personal care, services such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and cultural and leisure activities. The role also includes pedagogical work with the user and ensuring their need for structure and routines is met. The work is based on respectful treatment and ensuring the user has influence over their daily life. You will use the pedagogical methods/tools the company employs, follow up on the support provided, collaborate and coordinate with the team and the participant's network, and document in our journal system, which is considered an important part of the role. PERSONAL QUALITIES You are curious, attentive, accustomed to routines, and good at planning. You work actively with clear objectives and are open and positive. You have the ability to motivate, build good relationships, and maintain a solution-focused approach. You have a good ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be a role model and set a good example both in the organization and in society. QUALIFICATIONS · Secondary education; experience in care, health services, or children and youth-social work is a merit. · Previous experience working in LSS activities and with people with activity limitations. · Experience working with people with epilepsy is a requirement. · We welcome applicants who have worked with individuals displaying challenging behaviors and are familiar with low-arousal approaches. · Good computer skills, as we use digital documentation and time reporting. · Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written. · Valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement. OTHER INFORMATION Work hours at our residential facilities are scheduled for evenings and weekends, on-call nights and/or awake nights. Daytime work may also occur. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work as a support assistant is based on individual implementation plans and job descriptions to ensure good quality, as well as legal certainty and individualized support. The users have extensive care needs, which places high demands on work being conducted in accordance with LSS legislation. The work includes assessing skills and support areas to find appropriate accommodations based on user needs. In your work you will follow users in their daily lives and provide support in everything related to household management, cooking, personal care, shopping, and relationships with loved ones. The tasks are varied and no two days are alike. You work according to a schedule with varying hours, such as days, evenings, and every other weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has/is: • education as a nursing assistant or childcare worker • able to swim • holds a class B driving license • good skills in using IT as a support in work • very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Support Assistant for Adapted Primary School

WORK TASKS As a support assistant with us in the adapted primary school, you will actively participate in activities during school hours and in after-school care. You will meet and work with our students who have various functional variations in combination with intellectual disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, challenging behaviors, and physical functional variations. The role involves supporting all students, but your work will also focus on more individualized attention. You have very good knowledge of and experience with children with intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and autism. You need to be able to handle challenging and difficult students professionally and have good pedagogical understanding. You use clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and work in a structured manner. You can interpret social interactions among students and be a trustworthy adult role model.
