Through your work, you contribute to ensuring that the municipality's residents receive the support, care, and services they need while operations develop in line with future needs. You manage operations through your subordinate managers and play a central role in creating conditions for good leadership, a positive work environment, and a culture where development, collaboration, and improvement work are a natural part of daily operations. The assignment involves supporting and coaching managers within services for people with disabilities, home care, special housing for the elderly, and health and medical services. You balance strategic perspectives with operational daily challenges and drive change and development work that takes advantage of employees' competence and commitment.
