Qualifications We are seeking a licensed preschool teacher who wants to help develop our operations. You are well familiar with the preschool's mission and have a clear child-focused approach. Previous experience working as a preschool teacher is an asset, especially if you have worked in diverse settings. We would like to see that you have experience using pedagogical documentation as a tool to develop instruction, as well as knowledge of how preschool learning environments can be used as the third educator. It is also an asset if you have knowledge of and experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Experience with systematic quality work is also considered an advantage. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is reliable, and drives processes forward, both independently and with others. You are development-oriented, curious, and open to new perspectives. You are solution-focused and find opportunities to create an education program with your colleagues where children's best interests are the focus. You may also have experience supporting colleagues in adapting interactions, structure, communication, and pedagogical activities based on children's different circumstances.
