WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant in Klippans municipality, you perform work tasks that are covered by both the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act, where you have an obligation to comply with legal requirements and keep up to date in your professional field. You are responsible for ensuring that an implementation plan exists and is updated, serve as a fixed care contact, and report and document in accordance with legal requirements. You have active and close cooperation with other professionals in the team such as social workers, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. You have active and preparatory participation in team meetings with other professionals. In your assignment, you always keep the individual in focus where you carry out the approved and prescribed measures with a preventive and health-promoting approach. You have a professional approach where the individual and those close to them are given good treatment with empathy in all situations. Your ability to plan and perform care and nursing tasks is good. You must be able to reprioritize work tasks according to the current situation and handle stressful situations. Furthermore, you should cooperate with colleagues so that the individual receives their services performed with good quality. Mentoring and supporting new colleagues and students are part of your work as well as your own competence development. You have good knowledge of personal care and can provide good and safe health and medical care based on the different care needs of the individual. Furthermore, you also have good knowledge of everyday rehabilitation and care hygiene. You can perform sociopedagogical tasks such as conversations, contact and activation, and have knowledge of health and medical care tasks. QUALIFICATIONS Educated nursing assistant Have at least a passing grade according to the Swedish National School Board's vocational package from the health and care program designed for work as a nursing assistant. The education corresponds to 1500 points (see attachment 1). - If the education was completed and the title of nursing assistant was obtained before education of 1500 points was introduced, the employer has the opportunity to make qualified individual assessments.
