As an employee at Närhälsan, we offer various professional development opportunities, such as internal training programs and mentorship programs. We actively work on development initiatives at our workplace to continuously improve working methods and better meet patient needs. We encourage you to learn more about the benefits we offer at Närhälsan: Link to our website About the Role Your responsibilities at the health center span a broad range of work within general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, through telephone, home visits, digital care appointments, and at the clinic. Work includes both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own patient clinic where you perform triage, treatment, and follow-up. You collaborate closely with colleagues on your unit and work in cross-professional teams, as well as with other providers such as home care services and specialist care. Together with health center management, you share responsibility for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of your role at the health center. About You You are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with extensive experience or with specialist training as a district nurse. It is a merit if you have experience working in primary care and have instructor training (7.5 credits). We seek someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients, so it is important that you are approachable, responsive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you thrive in teamwork and that collaboration with colleagues and other contacts is natural to you. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-clinic visits. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative. Other Information Interviews at the health center will be scheduled for September 7 and September 10. We look forward to receiving your application! About the Recruitment Process Selection is done in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who will invite candidates for a telephone interview. Following this, the hiring manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them to an interview at the health center. We use competency-based interviews, which means your answers should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe concrete situations as specifically as possible and try to avoid generalized answers—this helps us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
